Time to Dig Out!

Time To Dig Out

It’s 2022; It’s a new year, it’s time to Dig Out!

Dig out of your anxieties, fears, limiting beliefs and self-doubts.

Take charge of your aspirations, desires, and goals.

Last week we had a major snow storm pass through the mid-west. It started with rain, followed by sleet, turning to snow, and then more snow. We know it was coming, it was the focus of every local and national news station for days. We saw extended weather coverage, offering vastly different storm pattern computer models and predictions across the region.

And then it started. You could feel the temperature dropping from the mid-fifties to the thirties, followed by a slow steady rain. The build-up was enough to cause both anxiety and excitement, not to mention fear and uncertainty; would they close the schools, will I get stuck driving home, do I have enough bread and milk to weather the storm.

Even with all of the information and technology available no one really knew when any certainty what the storm would bring, what was really going to happen.

Life can be like that too! Maybe you’re struggling with financial debt, just trying to make ends meet. And like a slow-moving storm that first bill rolls in at the beginning of the month and you know the big bills are coming, the anxiety and fears begin to overtake you again.

And just like a major winter storm can shut down the city for days, the combination of small expenses and endless bills can have a crippling effect on your attitude and emotions. You may feel lost, trapped in a never-ending cycle of debt.

Whether you’re struggling financially or emotionally due to other issues, anxieties, fears, limiting beliefs or self-doubts, this is Not your destiny.

Your destiny is what you want it to be. This is your life journey; you have the power to change your destiny. But first, you have to believe in yourself and have the desire and drive to change your world.

What’s Next?

In the weeks to follow, we’re going to look at various tools and tips you can use to help you dig out. We have interviews scheduled with various clinicians, healers, and professionals covering a wide-spectrum of topics. We’re also going to dig into the power and science behind the PSYCH-K® process used for transforming limiting beliefs and self-doubts.

Time to Dig Out!

You know, after that winter storm passed-through we had over 11” of snow and It was time to dig out! But it took time; and it took a plan. I started slow by first created a small path down the center of the driveway from the garage to the mailbox. After I warmed up a bit, I went back out and shoveled a path from the front path to the path on the drive-way. I celebrated my success with a cup of hot chocolate! And after an hour or so, I was back at to tackle a large section of the drive-way and then finished the remainder. And because it was still snowing during some of this time, I made sure to go back over the sections already cleared. It was important to stay on top of the areas already addressed, to maintain the previous accomplishments.

Whether you’re dig out after a major snow storm, digging out of years of debt, or changing an emotionally challenging situation, the first step is to make a decision to change. And to believe in yourself and the power to change your destiny!

Note, this post was inspired by a recent sermon, perhaps maybe a calling….

It’s timer us to dig out, thaw out, and step out of whatever has been holding us back. It’s timer us to dream bigger. It’s time for us to keep up with God’s glorious mission before us.
