Are you Sick and Tired of being sick and tired? Do you have a new year resolution to get in shape but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you’re working hard but frustrated with the results you’re seeing. Maybe it’s time to try something different. A more holistic approach to finally Take Control of Your Health to uncover a better you.
Fade diets and exercise programs are great for short-term results, but if you truly want to change your health for the long-term you need to turn to science. And you need a specialist like Samantha Lander to guide you through a successful program tailored specifically to your body and goals.
During a recent interview for the Self-Sovereignty community, Samantha explained the natural, holistic approach she uses to help clients achieve the highest level of clinical outcome.
It Starts with Science.
As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Samantha starts each program with an in-depth interview that covers an array of individual and family background and medical health history.
And then the lab work.
According to Samantha, her client often come to her to try to get the root cause of ongoing, lingering issues.
They can’t lose weight, they may continue to have mood swings, hot flashes, gas, food sensitives, night sweats and even recurring diarrhea. The list goes on, and while sometimes they may experience some success, more often than not they’re just putting a band-aid on the symptoms.
“Malfunctions are an underlying cause for many of today’s health issues and common health complaints. Each test reveals additional ways to initiate the healing process and assist in health restoration.”
And that’s where the science comes in. Samantha starts with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition laboratory assessments to identify malfunctions and new healing opportunities within the hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, and intestinal mucosal barrier systems – the main pillars of health. According to Samantha, “Malfunctions are an underlying cause for many of today’s health issues and common health complaints. Each test reveals additional ways to initiate the healing process and assist in health restoration.”
Samantha goes on to explain, “Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) is a type of detective work that seeks to identify the underlying causes of disease instead of treating symptoms.“
Based on the results of the lab work, Samantha can then identify healing opportunities and engage the client in a health building process using what she calls the D.R.E.S.S. for success program. Samantha explains, “Our DRESS for Success Program includes a focused combination of Diet, Rest, Exercise, Supplements, and Stress Reduction.” As mentioned earlier she describes, “This natural, holistic approach yields the highest level of positive clinical outcomes.”

In addition, Samantha uses food sensitivity testing for clients dealing with GI symptoms. Using a full GI Panel that consists of a Comprehensive Stool Analysis (CSA) and a Swab Culture provides a full screening of all intestinal pathogens. According to Samantha, the food sensitivity testing eliminates the guesswork and makes building a health diet much easier.
As Samantha told us during the YouTube interview, she often helps client build a groceries list tailored to their specific needs, and has even gone shopping with clients.
And as an added service, Samantha’s blog on the www.seefitpt.com website also provides a variety of great recipes, tips, and advice to help clients maintain their health and fitness goals.
During our Zoom session she jokingly offered to go through my pantry and through-out all of the unhealthy items! I’m pretty sure that would result in a very empty pantry! Perhaps we should start with a discovery session and FDN lab test, and build from there.
